Wheel Thrown Vases

A tiny, stoneware, modern vase. It is only 2 1/4 inches tall, with the opening only a 1/2 in diameter.

Egyptian Vase from the Altes Museum in Berlin Germany. Vases were often used in tombs, holding or representing internal organs of the deceased.
